1. General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the 9tk10 platform and its services. They apply whenever you access our services via the 9tk10 website, mobile version, or any other digital channel.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. By joining the platform, users are deemed to have done so voluntarily, with full understanding, and having met the required age criteria.

9tk10 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reading this page regularly.

2. Account Rules

The following requirements must be met to register on 9tk10:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each individual may open one account only.
• You must provide accurate and genuine information during registration — providing false details may result in account termination.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Using another person's account, or allowing others to use your account, is strictly prohibited.

If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, 9tk10 reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice and forfeit all balances. Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited.

3. KYC & Identity Verification

9tk10 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. As part of this, all members may be required to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.

The following may be required for KYC verification:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Selfie or video verification (in specific cases).

Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete. If verification documents are requested, they must be provided within 7 business days.

4. Betting Rules

Please familiarise yourself with the rules below before placing bets on 9tk10. These rules apply to all Sports Betting and casino games on the platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so make sure before you place it.
• Odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are final.
• If any event is cancelled or abandoned, the original stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 9tk10 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In live betting, delays in decision-making may result in bets being rejected.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of placing your bet.

9tk10 reserves the right to take action against any suspicious betting patterns, odds manipulation, or system exploitation. In such cases, the relevant bets may be voided and the account placed under investigation.

5. Payment Terms

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 9tk10:

• Deposits must be made using a registered payment method in your own name.
• Deposits made using another person's mobile banking or bank account may not be refunded.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from your bonus balance — wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.

9tk10 does not charge any additional fees for payment processing. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — 9tk10 is not responsible for those fees.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions on 9tk10. Where a specific bonus has its own conditions, these will be stated on the offer page.

• Each bonus can only be used once, unless the offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when wagering with bonus balance.
• Bonuses expire automatically once their validity period ends.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• 9tk10 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

If bonus abuse is suspected, 9tk10 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and investigate the account if necessary. 9tk10 also reserves the right to reclaim any winnings derived from a bonus in cases deemed suspicious.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9tk10:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering under a false identity.
• Participation in betting syndicates or coordinated betting activity.
• Automated betting using software or bots.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other members.
• Use of fraudulent or stolen payment methods.

8. Privacy & Security

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding any bet or transaction, please contact our Help Center Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

How to File a Complaint:

1. Contact support with a detailed description of the issue along with any relevant screenshots.
2. Please include your account number and the transaction date.
3. Our team will investigate and get back to you with a decision.
4. 9tk10's decision shall be considered final.

Disputes regarding betting outcomes must be submitted within 72 hours of the event ending. Claims made after this window may not be accepted.

11. Account Closure & Suspension

9tk10 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of a false identity or fraudulent information is found.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

Members may close their account at any time. In such cases, the available main balance (excluding any bonus balance) will be refunded, provided no Terms & Conditions violations are present.

12. Right to Modify

9tk10 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS.
